Loved the first edition of Your Brand at Work, Cher. The professional comparison-itis is a horrible disease, so we must be "preventative" and "protect our peace" at all costs.

I have a little therapeutic routine I do whenever I feel a little envy, jealousy, or even a hint of “why them and not me?”…

What do I do?

Go to my office manager and offer to take the deposit to the bank.

Why?

That is really the primary way to measure business success. Right?
